1. Measure your chest

With good posture, wrap a measuring tape under your arms around your back and take the measurement at fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

2. Measure your waist

Our waist can be a difficult area to measure! The natural waistline is halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outside edge of the hip bone. One trick might help you find this spot are to stand up straight and tilt over. Where your torso creases is where your waistline is.

The Tissot T127.410.16.031.01 is a generously sized watch built around a silver stainless steel case and a silver dial. It measures 40 mm across. Case and Wrist Presence \n The case measures 40 mm in diameter, worked in stainless steel. The finish is silver, carried across the case flanks and lugs. The surface treatment is polished. \n At 40 mm it lands in the range most men’s wrists take comfortably, and it will sit under a cuff. \n Reading the Dial \n The face is finished in silver. Dial and case share the same tone, so the watch reads as one machined object rather than an assembly of parts. The hours are marked with sticks. \n Movement and Functions \n A quartz movement drives the watch. That means accuracy which needs no daily attention, no winding routine, and no rate drift to correct. \n \n Date display – the current date at a glance \n \n Strap, Clasp and Fit \n The strap is brown leather. Leather softens and takes the shape of the wrist over the first few weeks, and it is the easiest material to replace later if you want a different look. \n Who This Watch Suits \n \n An everyday wrist size that still reads as a proper men’s watch \n Building a silver-led accessory wardrobe \n Smart-casual dressing, where a bracelet would read too heavy \n Gift buyers looking for something recognisable, boxed and properly warranted \n \n Styling Notes \n Silver is the default for a reason – it reads as neutral metal, pairs with any strap colour you later swap in, and sits comfortably in both office and weekend settings. The leather strap pulls the whole watch towards smart-casual – it will look right with a jacket and wrong with a wetsuit. \n Care and Maintenance \n None of the care below is onerous. It is the difference between a watch that ages well and one that simply gets old. Have the battery replaced by a watchmaker rather than a kiosk – a proper service reseats the case gasket at the same time, which is what actually preserves the water rating. A flat battery left in the case is the single most common cause of avoidable movement damage. Leather and water are a poor combination: a soaked strap stiffens and cracks as it dries. Let it breathe between wears and it will last years rather than months. \n Keep it clear of perfume and solvents, off the speaker on your desk, and out of direct sun when you take it off. \n About the Brand and Ownership \n Tissot watches sit in the sweet spot between fashion and function: recognisable design, real build quality, and a price that does not ask you to think of the watch as an investment. Quartz keeps the running costs near zero – a battery every few years and the occasional seal check is the whole of the maintenance schedule. Kept out of direct heat, away from magnets and wiped down after a sweaty day, a watch like this will outlast several phones. \n The Short Version \n What you are getting is an everyday size that still has presence, a leather strap that softens the whole thing. It is not trying to be a heirloom piece and it does not price itself like one. It is a well-made, recognisable watch that does the job every day and looks considered doing it. \n Technical Specifications \n \n Attribute Specification \n Brand Tissot \n Model / Reference T127.410.16.031.01 \n Gender Unisex (40 mm case) \n EAN 7611608294833 \n Case Diameter 40 mm \n Case Material Stainless steel \n Case Colour Silver \n Case Finish Polished \n Dial Colour Silver \n Dial Markers Sticks \n Movement Quartz \n Strap / Bracelet Leather \n Strap Colour Brown \n Warranty 24 months \n \n Buying With Confidence \n Buying a watch online comes down to trusting the seller, so here is exactly what you get.
