1. Measure your chest

With good posture, wrap a measuring tape under your arms around your back and take the measurement at fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

2. Measure your waist

Our waist can be a difficult area to measure! The natural waistline is halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outside edge of the hip bone. One trick might help you find this spot are to stand up straight and tilt over. Where your torso creases is where your waistline is.

The Sector No Limits R3273778004 is a substantial watch built around a stainless steel case and a blue dial. It measures 45 mm across and 12 mm deep. Case and Wrist Presence \n The case measures 45 mm in diameter and 12 mm deep, worked in stainless steel. The surface treatment is polished. At 45 mm it reads as a statement piece without becoming unwearable, and suits a wrist of roughly 17 cm upwards. \n Reading the Dial \n The face is finished in blue. Chronograph registers are recessed into the dial, which adds depth to the face without crowding the hour track. \n Movement and Functions \n A quartz movement drives the watch. That means accuracy which needs no daily attention, no winding routine, and no rate drift to correct. \n \n Chronograph – stopwatch timing from the dial \n Date display – the current date at a glance \n Tachymeter – speed calculated over a known distance \n Water resistance – 5 ATM (50 metres) \n Mineral crystal – protecting the dial \n \n Strap, Clasp and Fit \n The bracelet is stainless steel. Sizing is a five-minute job for a jeweller – links come out to bring it to your wrist. \n Water Resistance and Everyday Durability \n The watch is rated to 5 ATM, or 50 metres of static pressure. That covers rain, hand washing and a swim, but not diving or high-pressure water. Make sure the crown is fully seated before any contact with water. \n A mineral crystal protects the dial – harder than acrylic and more shatter-resistant than sapphire, which is a sensible trade-off on a case this size. \n Who This Watch Suits \n \n An everyday wrist size that still reads as a proper men’s watch \n Building a blue-led accessory wardrobe \n Anyone who will actually use a stopwatch – or simply wants the busier dial that comes with one \n Gift buyers looking for something recognisable, boxed and properly warranted \n \n Styling Notes \n Blue is the most versatile dial colour after black – formal enough for a suit, relaxed enough for denim, and distinctive enough to be remembered. \n Care and Maintenance \n None of the care below is onerous. It is the difference between a watch that ages well and one that simply gets old. Have the battery replaced by a watchmaker rather than a kiosk – a proper service reseats the case gasket at the same time, which is what actually preserves the water rating. A flat battery left in the case is the single most common cause of avoidable movement damage. A bracelet collects more than people expect. A soft toothbrush, warm water and a drop of dish soap along the links once a season keeps it looking new. \n Store it away from magnets and out of direct heat, and it will hold its rate and its finish. \n About the Brand and Ownership \n The appeal of a Sector No Limits is that it is unmistakable. You are buying a design point of view rather than an anonymous case with a dial in it. Quartz keeps the running costs near zero – a battery every few years and the occasional seal check is the whole of the maintenance schedule. Basic care goes a long way – keep it clear of solvents and perfume, rinse the strap if it has been in salt water, and store it somewhere dry. \n The Short Version \n What you are getting is an everyday size that still has presence, a chronograph dial with enough going on to hold your eye. A bracelet that gives it weight on the wrist rounds it out. It is not trying to be a heirloom piece and it does not price itself like one. It is a well-made, recognisable watch that does the job every day and looks considered doing it. \n Technical Specifications \n \n Attribute Specification \n Brand Sector No Limits \n Model / Reference R3273778004 \n Gender Men’s (45 mm case) \n EAN 8033288983279 \n Case Diameter 45 mm \n Case Thickness 12 mm \n Case Material Stainless steel \n Case Finish Polished \n Dial Colour Blue \n Crystal Mineral \n Movement Quartz \n Strap / Bracelet Stainless steel bracelet \n Water Resistance 5 ATM / 50 metres \n Warranty 24 months \n \n Buying With Confidence \n Buying a w
