1. Measure your chest

With good posture, wrap a measuring tape under your arms around your back and take the measurement at fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

2. Measure your waist

Our waist can be a difficult area to measure! The natural waistline is halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outside edge of the hip bone. One trick might help you find this spot are to stand up straight and tilt over. Where your torso creases is where your waistline is.

A stainless steel case and a grey dial is what the Sector R3251575013 is built around, in a substantial case. It measures 45 mm across and 12 mm deep. Case and Wrist Presence \n The case measures 45 mm in diameter and 12 mm deep, worked in stainless steel. The surface treatment is polished. At 45 mm it reads as a statement piece without becoming unwearable, and suits a wrist of roughly 17 cm upwards. \n Reading the Dial \n A grey dial sits behind the crystal. Chronograph registers are recessed into the dial, which adds depth to the face without crowding the hour track. \n Movement and Functions \n A quartz movement drives the watch. That means accuracy which needs no daily attention, no winding routine, and no rate drift to correct. \n \n Chronograph – stopwatch timing from the dial \n Water resistance – 10 ATM (100 metres) \n Sapphire crystal – protecting the dial \n \n Strap, Clasp and Fit \n The strap is leather. Leather softens and takes the shape of the wrist over the first few weeks, and it is the easiest material to replace later if you want a different look. \n Water Resistance and Everyday Durability \n The watch is rated to 10 ATM, or 100 metres of static pressure. In practical terms that covers rain, hand washing, showering and recreational swimming. It is not a dive watch, so leave it behind for scuba diving and keep it away from high-pressure water jets. Make sure the crown is fully seated before any contact with water. \n A sapphire crystal protects the dial – the most scratch-resistant option short of diamond, and the reason the dial still looks new after years of wear. \n Who This Watch Suits \n \n An everyday wrist size that still reads as a proper men’s watch \n Building a grey-led accessory wardrobe \n Anyone who will actually use a stopwatch – or simply wants the busier dial that comes with one \n Smart-casual dressing, where a bracelet would read too heavy \n Daily wear that includes rain, washing up and the occasional swim \n Gift buyers looking for something recognisable, boxed and properly warranted \n \n Styling Notes \n Grey is the defining note here, and the easiest way to wear it is to let it be the only strong colour on the wrist. The leather strap pulls the whole watch towards smart-casual – it will look right with a jacket and wrong with a wetsuit. \n Care and Maintenance \n A watch at this level rewards very little maintenance, but the little it asks for makes the difference between one that still looks sharp in five years and one that does not. Have the battery replaced by a watchmaker rather than a kiosk – a proper service reseats the case gasket at the same time, which is what actually preserves the water rating. A flat battery left in the case is the single most common cause of avoidable movement damage. Rinse the case in fresh water after a swim, especially in the sea, and dry it before it goes back on. \n Leather and water are a poor combination: a soaked strap stiffens and cracks as it dries. Let it breathe between wears and it will last years rather than months. Store it away from magnets and out of direct heat, and it will hold its rate and its finish. \n About the Brand and Ownership \n Sector watches sit in the sweet spot between fashion and function: recognisable design, real build quality, and a price that does not ask you to think of the watch as an investment. Quartz keeps the running costs near zero – a battery every few years and the occasional seal check is the whole of the maintenance schedule. Basic care goes a long way – keep it clear of solvents and perfume, rinse the strap if it has been in salt water, and store it somewhere dry. \n The Short Version \n What you are getting is an everyday size that still has presence, a chronograph dial with enough going on to hold your eye. A leather strap that softens the whole thing rounds it out. It is not trying to be a heirloom piece and it does not price itself like one. It is a well-made, recognisable watch that does the job every
