How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Items listed are in stock and ready to ship immediately on payment.



How do I create an account?

Follow the simple prompts under the “My Account” section



How do I change my shipping address?

Pop us an email or call us, and we can ammend it to the correct adress for you.



How do I track the status of my order?

Simply log into your account and go to orders to view the status of your order



Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No we dont keep any record of credit card numbers.  Our payments are processed by Payfast.



Do you charge sales tax?

No we are not VAT registered as yet.



Do you ship to my country?

We shipm to countries within the EU and SADC region only. Special arrangements can be made for countries that are not in these regions.



Will my items come in one package?

As far as possible yes. In some cases where back-order or pre-order items are bundled with in stock items, the order will be split accordingly so to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return your products for a full refund, provided it is in original saleable condition. Worn and scratched watches will not be accepted. Watches where sizing has been changed will not be accepted for return.



I received the wrong item

Please let us know immediately, we will rectify at our expense.



My order arrived damaged

All items are dilligently checked before shipping, so this may have happened in transit. Let us know immediately so that we can arrange to exchange and rectify it for you. We will do all the nessacary arrangements with couriers, no nee for you to waste your time.



Where should I mail my authorized return?

Please contact us as we have preffwered couriers and will handle all the arrangements for you. The only thing you have to do is have it boxed and ready for collection at an convienient time for you!



What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Pop us an email or call us, and we can ammend it to the correct adress for you.



Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Yes, kindly let us know within an hour of ordering as we package and ship within 2 hours of order confirmation.



Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes you may, backorder and pre order items will be clearly indicated on our site.
