Shopishop (Pty) Ltd is an online-only retail distribution point specializing in the sale of branded fashion and electronic products. We source both locally and internationally. All manufacturer standard warranties are honoured and handled by us on your behalf.
Pricing
Shopishop (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
The total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable taxes, fees and shipping charges, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Should Shopishop (Pty) Ltd reduce its price on any shipped product, and no coupon or discount was applied to the original order, you may contact us within 14 days of shipment and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price.
Our prices are directly linked to real-time exchange rates. Should price differences arise, the price at the exact transaction time would be the prevailing price. This means that should you spot fluctuations on item prices; you will not be able to claim the difference between the prices. System update and affiliated calculation sites do from time to time adjust API requirements, or URLs, and where we get information from such sites, we will not be held liable for incorrect pricing.
If the price is stupendously low, please confirm with us before ordering.

Coupons and discounts
Where discounts are applicable (using discount codes and special offers), discounts are available only at the time of purchasing. It is not Shopishop (Pty) Ltd policy to refund discounted amounts after a purchase has been made.
Discount vouchers or coupons will be valid until midnight of the stated expiry date.
Should a valid discount code not be accepted at checkout, please contact Support on +27 87 092 7908 or admin@shopishop.com before completing your purchase.
Shopishop (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to make judgment on an appropriate course of action should there be an error in processing a discount (particularly if this error is made by the User). In these instances, Shopishop (Pty) Ltd may choose to credit the difference between the discounted price and amount paid for an item to a future purchase to be made by the User, or any other course of action Shopishop (Pty) Ltd believes appropriate.
Product availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00.
Should the product not be in local stock, please allow 3 – 5 days. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Shopishop (Pty) Ltd will contact you via email and provide a revised ship date.
Warranties
We warrant that our products are new and authentic.
All products carry a 12-month warranty from date of shipping against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship.
General Warranty periods for Categories:
Eyewear (Eyeglasses & Sunglasses) – 12 months minimum
Watches – 12 months minimum
Electronics and components – 12 months minimum
Eyewear Warranties exclusions
We do not warrant any lenses against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse will invalidate the warranty.
The insertion or replacement of lenses other than those accepted by the manufacturer of the applicable brand will invalidate the warranty.
Faulty workmanship claims should be noted at receipt of product. Eyewear rarely has degradation issue. Most issue arise when they are dropped, or in some cases sat upon. Yes it happens, and so bent frames after 14 days will be excluded as warranty claim.
Legal rights under South African law governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
Watch Warranties exclusions
Resistant does not mean impossible, so if crystals are not sold as scratch resistant on our site, we cannot take claims for crystals that are scratched.
Water damage on watches that do not clearly indicate Splashproof, or no resistance to water damage, will not be honoured. Avoid water at all costs on watches that are less than 1 ATM/10Meter certified.
Resistant, does not mean impossible. Scratch resistant crystals with scratches were subjected to forces greater than considered normal. Where watch hands fall off and there is a scratch on the crystals means it was knocked rather forcefully. We will not honour these types of claims.
Delivery Policy
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a completed order and full payment. Delivery times may vary as some of our stock is imported and subject to customs clearance and manufacturing lead times.
Shipping
Items in the 24-hour section will be shipped on the same day if payment is validated before 14h00. NOT all products on our site fall within this category. We endeavour to mark “Product Shipping times” clearly on every product. If not, please contact us first to confirm shipping time.
Items will be shipped via the shipping option selected by customer on the order. Shopishop (Pty) Ltd may, at its own discretion, elect to ship an order via TCG/MDS Collivery/RAM Hand to Hand/DHL/UPS/Fedex overnight service even though the customer selected a cheaper shipping option. In this case, we will confirm arrangements and address telephonically prior to shipping.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order is delivered to the address specified on the order.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to plan for re-shipment, but the additional shipping cost will be for your account.
Refunds/returns Policy
Please do not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by our suppliers.
- Items cannot be returned for a refund unless they are demonstrably different from the specifications and picture selected at time of order. Shopishop (Pty) Ltd may, at its own discretion, accept returns of specific popular models, if they are unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. We suggest you try on a model like your choice in a brick-and-mortar store if you are unsure whether it will suit or fit you.
- Should an item be returned for warranty purposes, Shopishop (Pty) Ltd will repair or replace the item at its own discretion. End-of-line models may be replaced with similar items. Shipping to Shopishop (Pty) Ltd in the event of a warranty issue will be for the Customer’s account.
Payment
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
EFT is the preferred payment option since it incurs the lowest transactional fees. Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Shopishop (Pty) Ltd as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number, as well as your initial and surname (e.g. 488 AN Other) in the reference line for your payment.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All your order details will be saved online in the Your Account section, and you can continue whenever you are ready. Payfast charges of 3.5% will be levied on the order total.
Payfast Security Policy
- Payfast processes all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents, and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Payfast to obtain confidential information.
- Payfast is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Payfast Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Shopishop (Pty) Ltd does not have access to credit card details.

I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Shopishop (Pty) Ltd for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
